2025: Year in Review

2025 was a ROUGH year for many of us but thank you, thank you for joining us through thick and thin. Together we built a community through food. 🫰

We are grateful for the relationships that nourished us and the new connections we've made. This year members of AFC celebrated the Collective's 2nd anniversary. We also continued to cook hot meals for South Philly Community Fridge, which are often the only Asian/Asian-American dishes readily available.

In 2025 we cooked over 1,450 hot meals and had over 160 people join us in the kitchen!

We did a lot of cool stuff this year like hosting From Our Hands Food Festival, Dumplings for Democracy, stepping up during the SNAP Gap, supporting Chinese Adoptee Collective’s first conference, and more!
